Episcopal Bishop of Haiti, the Rt. Rev. Jean Zaché Duracin said June 8 that he hopes the diocese and the country can “rebuild a new mentality.” Duracin spoke briefly to Episcopal News Service after a long day of meetings at the Episcopal Church Center in New York City. He delivered to Church Center personnel what he called part one of the diocese’s master plan for rebuilding.
