The combined Choirs of Christ Church, Oberlin, and St. Paul’s Parish will offer a traditional Anglican Service of Choral Evensong on Sunday, March 6, 2011, at 5:30 p.m. A reception will follow the service.
This service will feature liturgical compositions by D.J. Sweelinck, William Smith, Thomas Atwood, Charles Villiers Stanford, and Eric H. Thiman.
The Rev. Drs. Brian K. Wilbert, Christ Church, and C. Eric Funston, St. Paul’s, will co-officiate; Fr. Funston will preach the homily.
